KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:? Perform daily buying functions and prepare purchase orders to be placed with suppliers after reviewing daily orders and comparing them with current warehouse inventory? Book product for weekly features for all C&S Warehouses? Monitor inventory levels for all C&S Warehouses? Maintain inventory levels to ensure in-stock position? Inform Field Directors of product availability, quality and other conditions affecting product supply? Make the necessary recommendations to Category Manager? Define problem areas, recommend remedial action, assist in implementing recommendations and monitor progress towards goals? Generate all direct information to the stores and distribution centers to assure proper control of ordering, buying and product returnsRequirements: SPECIAL SKILLS, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE: Undergraduate degree preferred Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Organization and communication skills a must Project Management experience preferred Analytical skills a plus Excellent customer service skills RewardsEligible associates will receive an attractive package including competitive pay, store discounts, insurance coverage, 401(k), retirement plan, training and development along with other perks and benefits.
