Job Purpose: Provide outstanding customer service and work in a team environment to accomplish company-wide goals.

Duties: Welcomes customers by greeting them and welcoming them into our business. Utilizes product knowledge and expertise to assist customers in making informed buying decisions. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Works diligently to become an expert in our industry.
