Global Total Rewards Consultant
Position Summary:
Provide subject matter expertise and total rewards consulting to assigned project teams. Partner with other consultants in developing and implementing global total rewards programs such as base compensation, variable pay plans, recognition programs, health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, and work/life balance programs.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as project leader and internal consultant on a variety of projects involving the design and development of global total rewards programs as assigned. Partner with other consultants to provide robust coordination of program implementation including: communication, change management, training, system tools, etc.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field 5-8 years of diverse compensation and benefits experience. 5-8 years of experience with total rewards plan design. Demonstrated experience working with vendors for health & welfare, retirement, life & disability plans. Working knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA and other hourly wage and benefit regulations. Experience working in a cross-functional matrixed environment. Excellent project management, customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Excel and Access.
