JoS. A. Bank is a Sales-Driven, Better Men’s Clothing store. We are seeking  energetic, outgoing and highly-motivated Full Time Sales Associates, with an eye for men’s fashion and a passion to succeed for our Carlsbad, CA location.

 

As a successful Sales Associate, you will:

•  Develop and maintain positive customer relationships

•  Develop a thorough knowledge of all JoS. A. Bank products

•  Uncover customer needs and match with product

•  Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals (i.e.: Sales, Items Per Transaction, Corporate Cards, Average Dollar Sale, etc)

 

Preferred:

•  Prior experience in a commissioned sales environment

 

Required:

•  Ability and desire to sell in a retail environment

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

Compensation:

•  Base plus Commission on personal sales
