Information About The Job:


We have a terrific opportunity for men and women to collaborate with our Brighton Collectible Stores servicing and training our store partners. Our ideal candidates will have previous experience as a footwear manager for a department store, a leader on the sales floor selling high-end women’s footwear or a store manager for a leading footwear brand.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

-  Train sales partners with selling tools specifically related to footwear

-  Train sales partners how to properly fit footwear

-  Conduct product training seminars

-  Analyze spreadsheets

-  Merchandise

-  Instill enthusiasm, excitement and passion for the brand

-  Provide excellent customer service

-  Over night travel required

 

 

Job Experience:

 

-  Footwear management experience with a high-end retailer/department store, a leader on the selling floor selling high-end footwear; or a trainer for a high-end footwear brand

-  Highly developed computer skills

-  Excellent communication skills
