Floor Supervisor, Merchandising

As a member of the store leadership team, the primary objectives of this position are to increase sales, control expenses and sell distressed product by assisting the store manager with merchanding, visual presentation and signage.  Will assist in other areas as needed, such as overseeing specific departments. Establish control-related standards and procedures. This position involves opening and closing responsibility, therefore, weekends and evening work schedule is required.  Job Requirements: Solid technical experience with ability to operate store computer and systems Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and decision making skills Strong merchandising skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Deliver exceptional customer service Strong leadership ability Years of Related professional experience - 2 - 5 years Retail merchandising experience required, apparel experience preferred.
