This person will oversee the daily accounting and office responsibilities like accounts payable and balancing books. They will provide financial reports and analysis, as well as long-term financial planning. This person should have the vision to see ways to automate tasks and help reduce expenses.General Duties:Deposits/cash handlingPayrollPayables and receivables Provide detailed and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Design and administrate budgets. General accounting procedures as they pertain to retail business.Skills/Qualifications:Computer proficiency a mustThorough knowledge of Quickbooks, MS Office ie. excel REQUIRED!

Highly organized to manage accounting for multiple companies

Prepares capital and operating budgets by developing assumptions; forecasting and consolidating requirements; planning expenditures.

Reports budget status by preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and special reports

Achieves financial and administrative objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Manages contracts by evaluating proposals and negotiating arrangements.

Innovate new methods to save time and improve efficiency

Manage accounts receivable/payable

Monitors information systems department performance by establishing and tracking productivity and efficiency.

Conducts analyses and makes recommendation based on web traffic trends and patterns

Responsible for strategic business development plans and implementation
