Business Week, March 2008The successful individual will leverage their high end Executive Assistant proficiency to… Provide high level Executive Assistant support. Manage calendars to include meetings, events, and travel. Organize and maintain all files. Coordinate all team meetings and events. Prepare T&E expense reports. Participate in special projects and provide internal research as requested. Read and prioritize all incoming communication from E-mail, interoffice mail, and outside mail. Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed. Submit requests for new hires, office moves and track the process to completion. Assist with the execution of department events (i.e. ordering group lunches, organizing recognition lunches.) The accomplished individual will possess… Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience. Bachelors Degree. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. An outstanding professional will have… Experience interacting with executives at all levels. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to be a collaborative, team player with great initiative. Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness.
