This is a district manager-level position. DDO's are responsible for the growth and profitability of 10 - 15 branches in your division. Responsibilities: Coach and develop branch employees Perform branch audits in order to insure operational integrity Evaluate operations for areas of opportunity and develop action plans for performance improvement Resolve customer complaints Direct recruitment, selection, training, and development of employees Minimize employee turnover Maintain company standards in the areas of appearance, marketing, collections, and customer service Manage operations in a manner that results in the attainment of all financial goals Develop local marketing programs Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and local laws Frequent travel will be a necessityQualificationsGeneral: Must be 18 years of age Valid drivers license Reliable transportation Clean criminal background Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required College preferred Work Experience: Experience in service/banking/collections industry or previous experience with cash advances and money handling (i.e., bank teller/CSR, etc.) is strongly preferred Strong customer service background At least one year of previous multi-unit management experience Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong personal and management skills Excellent time management skills Ability to coach and develop team members Advance America does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, citizenship or any legally protected category in connection with any phase of the employment process, including, but not limited to, selection, hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, training and benefits.
