Large Box specialty retailer in hard & softlines is searching for a Customer Service Focused District Sales Manager to lead a team of store managers to sales & profit excellence!

Our company is a company in "positive" transition & new-growth mode...we've recently reinvented ourselves - we're "New & Improved" and have an exciting story to tell! 

We're looking for a seasoned multiple store sales leader who has a positive & proven track record in recruiting, hiring, training & developing motivated "customer loving" people.  We need a DM who has a "roll-up-your-sleeve" work ethic and attitude...one who will partner with the store team and assist in the achievement of the associates individual career goals as well as the performance goals set by the company.

Requirements are but are not limited to......

*3 to 5 years District Manager experience

*History in generating positive sales and profits

*Strong, confident "retail" personality

*Positive "track record" in recruiting- at all levels

* Strong Visual Merchandising skills; ability to adapt universal floor plans to various store "foot prints"

* "Keen-Eye" for product/merchandise, working with merchants on special market needs & opportunities
