The District SALES Manager in our organization is the key authority in their district responsible for all functions : Hiring, Training, Customer service, Operations, Loss prevention, and most importantly DRIVING SALES and PROFITS.

Requirements

· Has expert consultative selling skills

· Minimum of 5+ years of successful documented personal or team TOP SALES performance.

· Driven to be #1 and exceed monthly objectives through hands on work

· Willingness to travel a significant amount of the time  

· Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills

· Demonstrated success in employee development and relationship building

· Proven results in recruiting and staffing

·  Execution of financial goals and sales initiatives 

· Demonstrated leadership by example in a changing environment

· Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills

· Willingness to uphold Company policies and procedures

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Exceeds Monthly sales and profit goals

· Leads and assists Store Managers in maximizing positive results in the area of Company change and growth through ongoing, positive and effective communication

· Teaches, leads and coaches Store Managers to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity

· Hires and promotes quality personnel in a timely manner

· Ensures the effective maintenance and protection of company assets, including physical structures, inventory, personnel, and all financial assets.

· Develops and leads Store Managers and store personnel to be proactive in new business development, sales generation, customer service, cost control, as well as helping them to properly analyze and take corrective measures

· Works hands on to Maximizes sales and profits
