District Manager - Jacksonville, FL

We are looking for an experienced District Manager to successfully oversee a district of our mall based and freestanding stores in the Jacksonville, FL area. You will be responsible for maximizing volume and profits for assigned stores through effective management, development of store staff and execution of company programs, policies and procedures.  We will be considering candidates who meet the following qualifications: 5+ years’ multi-unit management experience at the district manager-level (preferably in a hardlines specialty retail environment with multiple SKUs, with P&L responsibility for 10+ stores). A proven track record of driving sales and profits as well as developing sales professionals, with a customer service focus.
