The District Sales Manager manages a district with an annual volume of $8 to $20 million and supervises approximately five to twelve stores and Store Sales Managers. Must possess the ability to: BUILD REVENUE -Increase sales and profits and control expenses -Evaluate, prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate and adapt to business needs -Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customersBUILD TALENT -Apply and teach effective selling techniques -Network, recruit, assess and hire associates -Evaluate, develop and promote associatesBUILD OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE -Communicate with the Regional Sales Manager and Limited Brands headquarters partners to resolve issues -Execute operational objectives related to payroll, visual presentations and shrink reduction -Manage controllable expenses by using store evaluations and daily/weekly/monthly statements

-Three to five years previous multi-store management experience with an annual sales volume of at least $10 million -Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability -Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and promote associates -Ability to travel weekly to stores within designated district -Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds
