The DCM recruits and selects contractors, vendors, subcontractors and 3rd party contractors for a specific District territory. Responsible for the roll-out of various programs, projects and initiatives as it relates to the contractors. 50%-75% local travel within greater Pittsburg area; works out of a local office a portion of the time, and can work from home a portion of the time.Qualifications3-5 years experience managing diverse vendor, contractor, and subcontractor base and 3-5 years experience with P&L management. Experience in recruiting contractors/vendorsEducation/TrainingBachelor degree in Business, Management or related field of studyDirects, coordinates, monitors and documents performance of outside contractors performing installation and service. Identifies and initiates corrective action to resolve problems with installation to assist the Retail Store and Sears Holdings customers. Recruits and selects vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, maintains contacts, and ensure all certification and compliance requirements are met. Ensures compliance to ISO processes to ensure efficient operations. Monitors contractor performance and sets expectations holding them accountable for execution of the service order. Develops, deploys and tracks training for vendors, contractors, subcontractors and 3rd party contractors. Conducts site surveys to monitor compliance with corporate standards. Conducts supplier evaluations and audits as needed. Single point of contact for installation and ASA service issues within District partnering with Full-Line Stores and other Off-Mall Sears Holdings locations. Monitors and develops plans to improve contractors participation in promoting Sears Holdings Corporation's Vision, Mission and Values. Represents Sears Holdings Corporation in all contract negotiationsSears is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
