Distribution/Production Supervisor

As a Distribution Supervisor you will join a team of  Distribution professionals and work together to sustain top departmental performance – this includes daily, weekly and monthly preparation and planning. You will be called upon to train and motivate Associates to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency. You need to establish a safe work environment to ensure associates' safety, and administer company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.Candidates should be comfortable creating a positive associate relation’s climate, training and conducting performance appraisals. You must be able to demonstrate conflict and problem resolution skills and proficiency in your communication skills: verbal, written and listening. You have to enjoy working in a modern, fast-paced, deadline driven environment that emphasizes process automation.
