Distribution Center Supervisor

Position SummaryThe DC Supervisor provides specific supervisory responsibilities for a particular department in the Distribution Center such as Order Fill, Replenishment, Receiving, Shipping or DC Services.  Essential Duties Include Maintains a smooth work flow Organizes work in a systematic way, establishing clear lines of responsibility and has the ability to delegate effectively. Processes documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring continuing process flow. Resolves daily work issues and can effectively address associate concerns. Works with DC computer systems and software that include Microsoft Office, WM and LM systems.  Runs reports, completes edits and corrects discrepancies. Ensures that a safe and clean work environment are maintained Ensures company polices and procedures are followed Participates in accident investigations and safety procedures Works Closely with DC Managers and other supervisors. Qualifications  Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Labor Management Systems Prefer bachelors degree and minimum 3 years supervisory experience or combination. Ability to manage multiple activities and initiatives.
