Our client, a top 50 Internet Retailer is looking for an experienced individual to manage their Planning Department. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be a part of one on the fastest growing online companies then we want to speak with you.

 

Requirements:

 5 years plus experience in planning Inventory, Sales, Turn and Margin in a retail environment 2 years plus management experience Experience in managing inventory to financial objectives including Turn, Margin and GMROI Experience managing staff in a retail company while achieving revenue and profitability goals MS Excel Expert level expertise a must Experience with SQL and/or Forecasting software a plus

 

Responsibilities:

 Manage a team of 4 Planners Hire and train new employees Work with Merchandising to set and coordinate OTB purchase plans Create long term planning and budgeting processes for inventory purchases and receipt plans Work with merchandising and marketing to assist in managing inventory pricing that aligns with strategic initiatives
