This includes support analysis via BI Center report creation, review, maintenance and distribution as well as execution of support tools and processes related to evaluation of in-house technical service testing initiatives. Position will manage SAP exclusion modules including product recalls and live species legality by monitoring state/county/city regulations and processing necessary additions & deletions as requested by the business. The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Technical Services Department. This includes support analysis via Business Information (BI) Center report creation, review, maintenance and distribution as well as execution of support tools and processes related to evaluation of in-house technical service testing initiatives. Position will manage SAP livegood exclusion modules via the monitoring of state/county/city regulations and processing any additions & deletions as requested by the business. General Responsibilities - •Conducts maintenance on BI Center live animal dashboards as needed. Conduct ad-hoc reporting as requested by the department. •Manipulates data from a variety of sources (BI Center, Astute database, independent lab test data) and puts in usable format to perform departmental analysis. Ensures the accuracy of the data being used. •Act as liaison for Technical Services Department with other parts of the business on Technical Services issues, initiatives, and solutions. •Communicate with stores and pet parents on issues, initiatives, and solutions relating to testing, sampling, and/or animal health concerns. •Help analyze lab testing data and provide clear concise summary via hypothesis, testing protocol, and summary •Provide assistance to corporate veterinarians handling animals and performing tests in the QA lab and in stores Qualifications: Minimum Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Business from a four-year college or university preferred but not required •Two to five years related experience and/or training; •Retail experience preferred. •Experience with SAP and/or MicroStrategy/BI Center helpful.
