Implementing and supervising internal and external theft investigations within the distribution centers geographical area. Working with retail partners in solving inventory and process issues relating to the distribution center. Implementing and supervising the LP audit program within a distribution center. Provides assistance to LPPM in conducting on site visits and assessments as needed within the LPPM's geographic area.  This may require overnight travel. Supports the facility's safety programs. Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED2 year degree & similar experience5 or more years of supervisory experience5 or more years of P & L management4 or more years of experience in Best Buy Retail, Operations, Finance, Service Center, or Reverse Logistics2 or more years in Process Improvement or Change Management 2 or more years with ability to lead individuals and manage conflict.Must have the ability to improve current process and make implement changes.  For immediate consideration, click on the “Apply Nowâ€� button.
