Customer Service Supervisor

Shoebuy.com, Inc., seeks a Customer Service supervisor for it's Quincy call center who will thrive on working with a focused leader in the business-to-consumer space. Shoebuy.com (http://www.shoebuy.com) already has significant presence online; is one of the most heavily visited apparel sites in the world; and is owned by IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), which owns other popular online companies including Ticketmaster, Citysearch, Lendingtree, Evite, Match.com, and Ask.com. Successful candidates will have: Leadership experienceStrong desire to provide an exceptional customer experienceAbility to comprehend and implement policies and proceduresAbility to motivate and mentor team members in a customer focused environmentThree to five years customer service call center experience Strong computer skillsEmail experience (good typing/grammar/comprehension) Data entry experience (attention to detail) Demonstrated work ethic/reliability Flexible schedule Ability to multi-task Bilingual nice to have but not requiredTwo year degree preferred

Responsibilities may include: Supervising a diverse and energetic customer service team  Provide support to customer service managers and peersHandling escalated customer service phone calls and requestsAssist with training and implementation of Shoebuy.com’s policies and proceduresHandling various types of calls and emails from Shoebuy.com customers Providing prompt and professional service to all inquiries Entering orders and processing returns and exchanges through an online administration tool Working with others to ensure maximum coverage of phone calls and emails Supporting other company areas through administrative tasks Performing additional duties as required
