Our Inbound Customer Service Representatives receive inbound calls from existing Searsâ€™s customers and help them resolve product delivery issues. So there is NO COLD CALLING or selling involved. Our core purpose is to build customer loyalty and to be the preferred and most trusted resource for products and services that enhance home and family life. Inbound Customer Service RepresentativeHome Delivery Call Center To be considered, candidates must have telephone etiquette, English proficiency, basic math and PC skills. Customer service experience preferred.Paid training starts soon! We have a variety of schedules available and require one or two weekend days per week.
