Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, and closed on Sundays. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

 

Processes loans and extensions while maintaining loan files accurately.

Files adverse action notices.

Posts return item payments and Reconciles ACH Paid In Full loans.

Contacts customers to generate new and repeat business.

Maintains and displays Point of Sale (POS) material and ensures sufficient stock of supplies.

Facilitates communication between the collection department and customers to solve problems.

 

Requirements:

-High School diploma or GED; one year of related experience

-Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

-Outstanding customer service skills

-Demonstrated persuasion skills.

-Bilingual is a BIG PLUS.
