Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

simplehuman is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Receptionist for the Torrance, California office (Los Angeles area).

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, extremely responsible and proactive with a positive, energetic attitude. She/He must be a fast learner, pay strong attention to detail and be a great team player, as well as possess the ability to multi-task (especially while on the phone) and problem solve. position responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Resolve customer problems

- Answer phones

- Order/Data entry

- Reply to and send E-mails

- Process order integration

- Filing

- Process returns

- Cover receptionist when needed (receive clients, etc.)

 

 

candidate qualifications:

- MUST have at least one year of customer service experience, preferred in a call center/corporate environment

- strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet)

- excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
