Customer Service/ Internet Sales Coordinator

King Acura in Hoover, AL (just north of the Galleria on Hwy. 31 South) is looking for an enthusiastic, person with outstanding communication skills- written and verbal and customer handling skills to promote the products and services we offer. Must be proficient in MS Word, Windows, email programs and be internet savy. Ablility to learn quickly and assist others also a plus.
Duties will include responding to internet leads, setting appointments via internet and inbound and outbound calls from prospects seeking information as well as following up with existing clients.
We are looking for someone who is professional, efficient and passionate who we can train for this position. Successful candidate will work closely with management setting appointments and following up on leads. Monthly or weekly incentive based on results.
Experience in previous customer service position and verifiable track record would be helpful.
