The Opportunity:Accept and process payments from customer Answer inbound calls for the showroom Coordinate delivery on some occasions Enter orders in computer system Knowledge of protection plans Handle Escalades Customer Issues Provide on the job training for Reps and Supervisors
Requirements/Skills:Available weekends, evenings and holidays Dress for Success. Professional attire required Strong computer knowledge (System is DOS based, it is not a Windows environment) 3-5 years of customer service experience in a retail environment – “big box� preferred Supervisory Experience Familiar with fast paced environment and large volume of sales per day/shift
