Paradise Pen & Colorado Bag ‘n Baggage, the nation’s leading retailers of fine writing instruments and travel goods, is seeking a Corporate Sales Coordinator for our specialty markets.

 

Description:


Our best candidate would demonstrate excellent sales skills, be very organized and possess great communication skills in dealing with Corporate customers, vendors and store staff.  Self motivation is a very key element to being successful in this position.

 

 

Essential functions:

 

-  Prospecting for Corporate clients for customer service gifts and awards programs

-  Support existing store personnel with prospective sales

-  Reconnecting with existing corporate sales contacts

-  Understanding the needs and deadlines of corporate clients

-  Ensuring a good customer experience on every sale

-  Maintain existing corporate sales presentation book and prices

 

Requirements:

 

-  Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong background in retail sales

-  3+ years professional sales, corporate sales or relevant experience

-  Strong vendor relation and communication skills

-  Able to adapt to a very fast paced environment

-  Good understanding of corporate purchasing procedures

-  Some travel required – up to 20%

-  Ability to handle multiple sales, customers and deadlines

-  Effective organizational and creative forward thinking skills
