Company Store Manager

The Company Store Manager is responsible for effective and efficient operations of assigned store to meet sales goals and present a positive, professional image to guests. Specific responsibilities include:

  Ensure adequate staffing to cover all shifts through effective scheduling, recruitment, and hiring practices Ensure store is maintained to company cleanliness and visual merchandising standards and that ServSafe practices are in place, including regulatory compliance for state and federal requirements Responsible for store inventory, including managing inventory levels accordance with min/max system, coordination of cycle counts and quarterly inventory, and accuracy of inventory information Effectively develop, train, and manage staff to ensure a high level of service and motivation by all staff members Manage store budget and operating expenses, including supplies and payroll costs Ensure operational activities are completed in compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate staffing and setup as needed for special events to be held in the store

 

The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum of 2-3 years retail experience with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred). You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and stand several hours a day, and climb ladders.
