Co-Director

 Strong Leadership in our stores results in positive customer and associate experiences. The Co-Director is responsible for effectively leading, managing, and developing overall store operations and associates in order to execute programs and maximize sales and profitability. The Co-Director is expected to perform in sales, profit including shrink, expenses, labor and supply management, service, compliance, training, recruiting, retention, and promotion practices.  This leader is required to be in alignment with the company vision and follow company practices and program as well as exhibiting integrity and urgency in all practices.   The Co-Director is accountable for inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, and other operational processes in all perishable and non-perishable departments. The Co-Director also manages and develops all department managers, to ensure a coordinated, motivated, high performing management team.  This manager also recruits and develops store associates.  This manager is expected to display a positive leadership style, ensuring fair and consistent employment decisions. The Co-Director coordinates neighborhood partnerships by leveraging corporate resources and strategies to maintain a positive company image. A key player in management, the Co-Director is responsible for the assets of the store including; budget planning, inventory, asset protection, and expense and cash control. This manager is expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service, and is responsible for resolving customer complaints, and coaching associates in the art of customer service. This position is key in ensuring sanitation, compliance and safety in all practices.  Work Schedules vary to reflect the needs of our customers and business.
