we are looking for:
A Circulation Analyst to utilize appropriate analysis, planning tools, processes and procedures, support the circulation efforts by processing list rental orders, coordination of source and promotion codes, data entry and audit. Maintain catalog segmentation events and performance results. Coordinate list management activities. Manage customer contact database. Provide monthly data extracts to vendors and service bureau for list selection and maintenance.
Perform general clerical functions such as filing, maintaining historical files and catalog/component distribution. Track expenses and input P.O.s into system. Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of Smith+Noble through regular contributions and supporting company and other departments wherever and whenever skills and experience can contribute to enhance success.
Provide comprehensive analysis of catalog and direct marketing initiatives to include customer segmentation, acquisition and promotional activities. Perform post-campaign analysis and ad-hoc recurring analysis and report data to monitor key performance indicators and trends.

Support the housefile and prospecting circulation functions for assigned catalogs. Coordinate with internal/external vendors regarding rental list order processing, mailing quantities, print quantities, bounceback catalogs and requestor fulfillment.

requirements:
Education:BA in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
Experience:
· 1 – 2 years experience in consumer direct marketing
· 1 – 2 years experience in business analytics
· 1 – 2 years experience in catalog, service bureau or direct response company
· Prior Circulation experience highly preferred
