RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

 

 

 

 

Wireless Company partnered with Sprint seeking energetic, professional, Sales Consultant. We are based in Metro-East but have customers throughout the metropolitan area.

 

Responsibilities include working with new and returning customers in a retail environment to assess their cellular needs and help them to make an appropriate product choice. Utilizing computer based applications to activate equipment and establish new accounts and using point of sale software to record sales.

 

On Line Computing is also a Computer Consulting and Sales Company partnered with Hewlett Packard and other product lines. Position also includes the opportunity to occasionally work with customers needing Computer/Network sales and support services.

 

Applicant should have excellent organizational and time management skills, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, basic math skills, and good computer skills. Experience in the Wireless and/or Computer service and sales industries preferred but not required.

 

  Applicant will be required to provide ongoing service and sales for existing accounts. Resolve routine issues, address billing questions, and provide cellular product training to end users. Applicant will also be required to attend product and software training, complete various company documents and reports and to participate in staff meetings. Successful applicant will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Compensation includes base salary plus attractive incentive program, flexible hours, paid vacation, health insurance, and other benefits.
