Cellular Phone Technician

Job Summary:
Provides support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment. Performs in-house servicing and repair of Sprint and Nextel wireless products. Serve as a customer contact on service related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures. Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.

Reports to a Supervisor


Basic qualifications include:

 Face-to-face customer service experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentRelevant experience with product service support or troubleshooting
electronics


Additional position information:

 1-3 yrs relevant experience, a plus but not necessaryexcellent customer service skillsstrong computer skills a plusability to work in a team environmentability to use basic hand toolsability to multi-task effectivelySome positions may require an open work availability and weekends.
