Bob's Discount Furniture located at 70 Jewett City road in Taftville, Ct is looking for Call Center agents to process transactions and resolve inquires for customers, delivery teams, and service technicians.Successful candidate must have call center experience including problem resolution in a retail customer service environment.  Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be proficient in windows and outlook applications, and be able to pass a typing test.  Ability to work a flexible 5 day schedule includiing possible weekends.  We have both full time and part time (morning and evening shifts available).   Differential for Bilingual (Spanish/English).  Pay is commensurate with experience upon completion of the paid training program.  Come join a growing team and see why Bob's is Better!
