Call Center Customer Service Representative--Seasonal Position. 24-32 hours per week.Work for one of Portland's premier retail businesses in a customer service call center setting. Ideal candidates will be available 7 days per week between the hours of 5am-7pm. The call center is open Monday-Saturday and on Sundays during the peak holiday season. Training period will be Monday-Friday between 8am-2:30pm. Hours average between 24-32 per week. This position does not offer a full-time 40 hour schedule. Having a proven track record for excellent attendance and punctuality is a must! There is a great incentive offered for employees who meet these expectations. Pays $10.25 per hour.As a CSR you will take phone orders, answer questions pleasantly and accurately, confirm order, offer confirmation number, enter orders based on product availability and revise existing orders as necessary. Requirements:Must be able to comprehend and retain procedural details. Capable of handling multiple tasks at same time. Good written communication. Ability to focus on computer screen for extended periods of time and maneuver between several different programs. Comfortable working in a team environment. Successful applicants will be able to type 40 wpm, 7,000 keys strokes per hour and be skilled in Word and Excel.
