Our client is a publicly traded retail company looking for Business Systems Analyst in the San Diego Area.Candidates must have retail and retail systems experience to be considered for this role. GERS / Escalate is a huge plus. Description: The Business Systems Analyst position provides an excellent career opportunity to serve as a business partner with various aspects of our business in a technical/Project Management capacity. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering and assessing new requirements, current issues, and business processes in connection with our Retail Systems. The BSA will gather information and present solutions to Business Partners that are consistent with technical system architectures and policies. Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to: 5+ years Business Systems Analyst/ Project Mgmt. experience required Ability to design new IT Solutions that improve the business efficiency and productivity through process change and or IT system changes Ability to work with multi-functional Departments to assess technical needs and requirements, make recommendations, and communicate and update as needed Strong understanding of retail apparel systems and processes such as Open-To-Buy and Merchandising preferred BSA experience obtained within a retail apparel company preferred Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to manage related projects from start to finish Experience working with Enterprise systems such as GERS, JDA/Arthur, PMM, or other related systems highly preferred   Job Reference Code: MF-RetailCA02 Company: Modis, Inc.
