Business Services Equipment Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: Asset Management  Assist in all aspects of copier equipment placement in all operational upgrades for U.S. Retail Stores. Responsible for maintaining and improving Business Services asset management tools including copier, finishing, and Media acceptance databases. Maintain accurate depreciation records and work with Capital Assets Group to insure the best methods of cost control for the stores. Responsible for compilation and submittal of all finishing related CARs($4+ million), tracking spend, and measuring actual results vs. forecasted results. Responsible for management of invoice process for all copy and finishing segments of the business, including improvements to our asset management, payment and forecasting processes. Field store support calls regarding equipment inquires and reporting questions. Sales & Margin Analysis & Improvement  Manage and control all aspects of financial (revenue and margin) reporting originating from copy center group including insuring validity, timing and accuracy of the reporting (internal). Responsible for monthly cost analysis on all segments of copy & finishing business – re-forecasting accordingly Conduct on-going analysis to support decisions within the Business Services organization relative to implementation of equipment upgrades, incorporating the most current technology. Helps to increase the profitability and productivity of the company by making recommendations to add, redeploy, and/or replace copy center equipment quarterly. Responsible for all other equipment related analysis, including margin analysis, equipment utilization analysis and recommendations. Spearhead with the help of Retail IS Department, improved systems to facilitate accurate management of clicks made versus clicks sold. Key objectives of which are: Complete overhaul of current payment processes for all service related invoices Improved ability to accurately track capacity utilization, average revenue, and shrink/waste Improve forecasting of service cost structure going forward. QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelors Degree Very strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and database software, specifically Excel, Access, AS400, and Brio sales analyzer. Strong written and oral communication skills Customer service oriented Ability to work in developmental stage of program Copy Center and/or related experience in equipment operation and sourcing Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment
