Business Growth Consultant

Position Overview:

Business Growth Consultants are responsible for managing, monitoring, and overseeing daily/weekly/monthly store operations on behalf of Wireless Toyz, a national multi-carrier wireless chain.  Among other important duties, Growth Consultants are responsible for analyzing store operations; creating and developing store action plans and goals to increase sales and to ensure compliance with Wireless Toyz policies and procedures; resolving customer complaints; advising Wireless Toyz management on store needs, concerns, marketing strategies, and successful product lines; acting as the liaison between franchise operations and Wireless Toyz management; counseling franchise operations on Wireless Toyz policies; and training store personnel on the products and services offered by Wireless Toyz.

The candidate we are looking for is experienced, with strong selling skills. To qualify, you must have prior success in telecommunications store management and/or the like, closing new accounts, growing relationships and creating strong business “partnerships� with employees and companies in order to generate long term business, and lifetime value.
