We are currently looking for Bilingual German/English speaking Customer Care Representatives to be the voice of New Balance as we launch our latest international website. Shift Available:

Monday – Friday, 2:00 am – 11:00 am

 

Responsibilities Include:Manage incoming customer calls Provide friendly and knowledgeable service Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications Process on-line orders Provide timely follow-ups with customers regarding their order status Respond to customer inquiries via email

 

Qualifications Include:4 years of customer service experience Excellent customer service skills Professional phone demeanor Fluent in German, both written and spokenIntermediate to Advanced computer skills including Internet navigation, database navigation and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Ability to work with limited supervisionHigh degree of self-motivation and initiative Prior shoe experience, a plus
