Job Requirements:  Our Full and Part-Time Sales Team Members must demonstrate high standards of dependability and enthusiasm. The successful candidates will interact with and sell products to our guests, as well as train on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and guest service. Prior experience in a specialty chain, discount department, home center or other mass-merchandising store required. All candidates must demonstrate a passion for exceptional guest service and sales. Our Hourly Department Supervisors must possess strong leadership skills in addition to maintaining high standards of dependability and enthusiasm. Supervisors will be responsible for a specific area of the sales floor and the Team Members in their specific area. They will interact and sell products to our guests and train Team Members on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and guest service. The successful candidates will have supervisory experience in a specialty chain, discount department, home center or other mass-merchandising store. A passion for providing exceptional guest service and selling, as well as strong leadership, communication, training and organizational skills are required.
