We are currently seeking an experienced

ASSOCIATE STORE MANAGER

for our

WOODBURY COMMONS PREMIUM OUTLETS location in Central Valley, NY!!!


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Efficiently manage the day to day operations of the store
Maximize sales
Create a service focused environment
Develop store personnel within established guidelines
Effect change in a new way
Achieve measurable results
Cost management (payroll and expenses)
Maintain visual presentation standardsRequirements:A minimum of 2 to 4 years in a similar capacity
Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Store Operations and Merchandising
Strong communication skills
Ability to innovate, problem solve and deliver results
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, as dictated by the needs of the business
