We are currently seeking an Associate Store Manager for our Rockefeller Center location.

POSTION/JOB FUNCTIONS:
~ Sales management
~ Personnel management and training
~ Product management
~ Visual management

REQUIREMENTS:
~ An entrepreneurial approach to business
~ An unwavering commitment to superior customer service
~ At least 5-7 year’s experience in retail management in fashion apparel
~ Proven track record of managing large teams
~ Highly motivated and sales driven
~ Proven track record in sales achievement
~ Demonstrated people management, development and teambuilding skills
~ Consistent achievement of measurable results
~ Successful goal and business plan management
~ Maintain and execute visual and operational standards
~ Strong decision-making and communications skills
~ The ability to effect change in a new way
~ Ability to innovate, problem solve and deliver results
~ Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends
