Job Description

Join Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual for an Associate Manager position in our Calvin Klein store located in Tanger Outlet Center in Barstow, CA. Management associates are responsible for the overall performance of the store, generating maximum sales potential, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, controlling expenses and shortages.

Job Requirements: Retail background preferred. College graduate a plus. Prior management experience necessary. Strong organizational and communication skills.
