JOB SUMMARY: 

 

Directs and supervises the guest service function for store operations including the execution of strategy, policy, procedure and program(s) that enhance store guest service and increase sales.  Supervises and administers all human resource programs and back office functions including cash control. Directs and supervises the jewelry department in merchandise and operational areas.

 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



 

· Directs all main office processes to include payroll, benefits, new hire, orientation, training, employment status changes, status forms, terminations, gift card program, supply ordering, self audits, imputing/posting schedules and cash control.

· Directs all Jewelry processes to include hiring, merchandising, scheduling, training, and receiving of merchandise for this department.

· Maintains all office and cash office records including I-9’s, OSHA reports, and corrective action process.

· Ensures all frontline cashiers, service desk Associates and sales floor Associates are properly trained.

· Communicates benefit information and ensures Company correspondence is reviewed, distributed and answered properly and timely.

· Directs and works with management team and Associates to meet or exceed the Store’s shortage goal.

· Ensure all Human Resource programs and applicable legal compliances are implemented and maintained

· Executes all company guest service programs

· Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor and Manager.

 



QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred

· Minimum 5 years of retail management experience

· Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office components

· Outstanding organization and analytical skills

· Exceptional communication skills
