JOB DESCRIPTION: General Duties Assist with creating strong product presentations by making it "look pretty". Just remember, no half-baked ideas!! Drive sales!! You know what this is all about. Work with store manager to make "your" store sharp? Assist with P&L - Can you help control the budget and manage the schedules? Well, you know that you can't do it alone....How are you going to assist with training of your TEAM? What about product knowledge? Selling skills? Hey, its RETAIL! And you know that there is going to be merchandise to "work". So, can you manage inventory? Keep the merchandise flowing? Push new goods out to the floor? Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team? And finally, CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's not the last on the list because we don't believe in it, it is last because it is the concept that we want every customer to leave our stores with. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years retail experience Must possess superior customer service skills Energetic personality which inspires co-workers to reach personal, store wide and company wide goals Self starter with good organizational and communication skills
