Assistant Stock Manager

Responsibilities: Coordinate the transfer of website merchandise Verify all paperwork is complete and accurate on all incoming and outbound shipments Coordinate, supervise, and reconcile cycle counts as well as annual physical inventories Develop and produce key management reports to minimize company risk and maintain compliance Provide continual improvement and streamlining of process and product flow Schedule and monitor daily staff to ensure completion of all fulfillment activities and account for volume increases Supervise a staff of pickers and packers Communicate with corporate headquarters and distribution center daily

Qualifications: 2+ years of managerial experienceBilingual in English and Spanish High attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
