Assistant Retail RecruiterPartner with District Managers for all recruitment support for Forever 21 retail storesGenerate weekly management report to track Retail Managers’ turnover rateFollow up closely with District Managers on a daily basis for any current or upcoming open positionsCoordinate with mall management and local campus to set up job fairs.Develop and maintain network contacts to source candidates and develop recruiting strategiesScreen and conduct initial interviews with retail candidates and present qualified candidates to District ManagersPerform cold calling proceduresResponsible for ad placement on all major Internet job boards, local sites, company website, campus websites, mall websites, newspaper ads, and etc.In charge of recruitment needs for all upcoming new stores & existing stores to ensure proper staffingCreate and development employment marketing plans and retention strategiesSend no thank you letter and maintain candidate profile for future positions Assist other recruiting projects as necessar
