Assistant Manager/ Web Site Store includingCustomer Service (Mail Order Manager software) within high-end import/specialty food and gift business.
We are looking for a person who has experience in retailcustomer service; an excellent customer service presence working within a veryservice oriented business and is comfortable with computers. The job includes opening and closing dailymail order production, processing orders in MOM (Mail Order Manager),expediting production including messenger deliveries, handling customer serviceissues importing from an active Yahoo Store site and overseeing phones coverage(including taking orders on the phone.) The candidate must be someone that hasgreat communication skills, is organized, reliable and a team player. Young, growing, downtown, high profilecompany with exciting opportunities for growth.
