JOB SUMMARY: 

 

Directs and supervises the receiving, processing and stocking functions for store operations including the execution of EMS procedures and productivity standards. 



 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

· Directs the EMS Team and processors to ensure company productivity standards are achieved in stocking, unloading and processing of merchandise.

· Maintains all EMS logs, receiving and RTV files and records. Verify SAP 41 for credits and mismates program for completion.

· Ensures all VCD trailers, drop shipments, transfers and RTV’s are processed per company policy and procedures.

· Maintains all stockroom areas (including fixture and supply areas) and storage trailers per company back stock standards.

· Ensures all receiving, stocking and processing Associates are trained and developed to achieve company standards.

· Complies with OSHA, ADA and local fire safety stockroom regulations.

· Directs the staging of merchandise to ensure effective merchandise replenishment, ad sets and presentation standards are achieved.

· Directs and works with management team and Associates to meet or exceed the Store’s shortage goal.

· Ensures applicable legal compliances.

· Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor and Manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred

· Minimum 5 years of retail management experience

· Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office components

· Outstanding organization and analytical skills

· Exceptional communication skills
