Individuals who are driven to earn our customers' trust and business every day, who act with integrity, who treat everyone fairly and value diversity, and who are accountable for their actions are welcome to show interest in becoming a member of our winning team.This position is responsible for the implementation of Shortage Control, Internal Dishonesty Resolution, Shoplift Detection and Detention and Safety programs for Outlet stores in their district.CANDIDATE MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN ORLANDO, FL OR ATLANTA, GA AREAQualificationsResponsibilities ·Own shortage control for their area·Detection, investigation and successful conclusion of all internal cases *Detection and detention of those responsible for external theft·Monitor and implement Safety, OSHA and Environmental programs for their district·Coordinates investigation of all safety and environmental loss-related incidents ·Conduct periodic assessments of Operations and Loss Prevention performance in their units·Train associates on Loss Prevention and Safety programs and validate Shrink and Safety Awareness.·Recruit, hire and train Loss Prevention Managers/Associates in their district·Provide input into performance reviews and identify new opportunities for Loss Prevention Managers·Identify, coach and work to retain high performance, promotable Loss Prevention Managers·Ensure proper report writing, record keeping and retention of evidence·Educate and motivate store management to achieve company loss prevention goals·Identify and ensures communication upward of issues that must be addressed at a higher levelSkill/Experience Requirements·Bachelors degree or equivalent Loss Prevention related experience preferred·Ability to work with all levels of management in multi-functional departments·Excellent communications, analytical and creative problem solving skills·Ability to facilitate training for all levels of employees, supervision and management·Prior multi-unit experience·CCTV usage and installation·Conducting Interviews, Report Writing·Physical Security·Prior experience in hiring and managing a high performance team·Understands P&L and financial accounting·Understands legal proceedings and processes Minimum Education level required to perform job duties: High School DiplomaSears is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
