The Lead assists the Appliance Manager with support activities and guest issues to ensure the smooth operation of the appliance department and outstanding guest service. Accountability (this person is the Key person held accountable): Efficient and accurate performance of the duties requested by the Appliance Manager; outstanding guest service and problem resolution; ownership of operational requirements/tasks of the appliance category.Qualifications-Maintains and monitors leads in the OMNI systems-Maintains and insures up to date catalog and tools needed by the associates for special order product-Maintains signing standards and coupon processes for the appliance catalog -Single point of contact (SPOC) and champion for delivery needs-Maintains special order catalogs to ensure price integrity -Assists with associate credit solicitation and follow up on credit sales to ensure guest satisfaction-Responds to guest complaints and follow through to guest satisfaction-Assists with competitive shopping process for category-Assists with price change notifications (PCNs) and merchandise transition-Assists in protection of assets of category-Adheres to The Great Indoors' code of ethics-Always represents The Great Indoors by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor-Exhibits a sense of ownership and empowerment-Miscellaneous duties as requested by senior management -Previous management experience in a commission selling businessSears is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
