Anthropologie Store Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Anthropologie Store Operations Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the department by coordinating and working on various projects and tasks to benefit the store teams.
Reports To: Anthropologie Senior Store Operations Manager
Required SkillsExcellent understanding of retail operations and familiarity with business objectives Strong written and verbal communication skills; Detail oriented Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Sound business judgment Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changeable environment; Self-starter; highly motivated and a sense of urgency Ability to schedule and prioritize workload effectively Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Excellent PC Skills Recent retail store experience at the Department level or above (Urban Outfitters, Inc. strongly preferred)
Required SkillsJudgment Leadership Planning & Organizing Communication Interpersonal
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and work on a multitude of projects for the department (seasonal projects, special events and meetings). Coordinate the distribution of Offer Letters, Referrals and the Relocation Process Provide reporting support for various operations measurement tools. Function as back-up to support department when members travel or take time off. Package store mail to be sent to all stores on a bi-weekly basis. Maintain the Store Operations store workload calendar. Provides answers to questions, resolutions to issues and reinforces Brand Policies and Procedures. Assist in writing documentation to clearly communicate brand direction, business-critical information to field. Interacts and partners with Home Office Departments on Store-related projects to represent Anthropologie stores. Fill and manage requests for Training supplies
